The Old Mutual Theatre of Advice Programme returns to the OMTOM Expo between 28 and 30 March.

This daily programme is jam-packed with race related information and advice, and this is your chance to listen to the experts and ask your burning questions.

The Old Mutual Theatre of Advice Programme repeats on Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 March, with small changes on Friday, 30 March. This means that you can come on the day that suits you and still get all the advice you need.

Meet some of the elites and OMTOM legends. Get medical advice. Fine-tune your race strategy. Get expert input on how to to tackle the routes. Meet the 2018 Pace Setters. Whatever you do... don't miss this exciting programme.

The Old Mutual Theatre of Advice Programme is situated at the Old Mutual Stand at the OMTOM Expo. Entry is free, but space is limited.
