Entries

Runners who have credit cards and Internet access are encouraged to enter online from 20 September 2012 onwards.

Runners do not need to qualify before entering the race. Even though it is a prerequisite for participation, information can be supplied at a later stage. Entries can be done without having renewed the provincial licence number as it can be completed later. Athletic club membership is not optional but it can be done after entry. Runners with five or more medals can use the previous year’s race as their qualifier (i.e. in 2013 their 2012 OMTOM time can be used as a qualifier). Blue/permanent number holders do not need to qualify, provided they have run in either of the previous two years. No downgrades to the Half Marathon are allowed (only substitutions).

Entry forms for manual entries will become available from 1 November 2012 onwards. You are advised to make photocopies of the entry form(s), cheques or other proof of payment, etc as proof of entry in case of queries. Please send your entry forms via registered or priority mail, or deliver it in person to our offices. An incomplete entry form may result in being posted back to you. Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon reserves the right to accept or reject any entry. Please do NOT send more than one entry; you will not be refunded for additional entries (one person, one entry). Runners participate at their own risk. The organisers and the sponsors cannot be held responsible for any damage, injuries, illness or losses incurred whatsoever - whether before, during or after the race.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT FAXED OR E-MAILED ENTRY FORMS.

PLEASE NOTE: NO CASH OR POSTAL ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT OUR OFFICES.
