Manual Entries

Manual pre-entries can be done at the Western Province Athletics Offices at Vygieskraal Stadium, Johnston Road, Athlone between 09:30 and 15:00 weekdays.

Manual late entries can also be done at CTICC, Convention Square, 1 Lower Long Street, Cape Town on:

• 27 March 2013 between 10:00-19:00
• 28 March 2013 between 10:00-19:00

One can also enter on the day of the races (29 March 2013) in the registration tent at UCT from 09:00 onwards (not at the CTICC)
